A. Order Processing

All orders placed on musicgas.com are subject to a standard processing period of 2–5 business days. During this time, we verify order details, confirm payment, inspect product quality, prepare packaging, and complete final accuracy checks before shipment.
Our processing days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted outside business hours are processed on the next available working day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be counted as the next business day to ensure careful handling and avoid rushed fulfillment.

B. Extended Processing for Special Orders

Custom or personalized products that include custom text, artwork, or design adjustments require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation and quality review.
Large-volume or bulk orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity.
Same-day processing is available only for standard, non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Partners

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.
Carrier selection is handled internally to ensure safe transport and dependable delivery timelines.

D. Shipping Fees

All domestic orders within eligible shipping regions are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
This fee supports secure packaging, careful handling, and consistent shipping services without hidden costs at checkout.

E. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery time may vary based on carrier routing, destination, and overall shipping volume.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or logistical disruptions are outside our control but are monitored whenever possible.
For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during holidays or promotional periods.

F. Shipping Limitations

At this time, Musicgas does not ship to the following locations:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa
P.O. Boxes
APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses

These restrictions are based on carrier limitations and logistical constraints. We continue to explore expanded shipping options as our operations grow.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, based on the contact details provided at checkout.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package. During high-volume shipping periods, updates may take slightly longer to appear.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Considerations

National holidays, seasonal sales, and major shopping events may result in extended processing or delivery times due to increased carrier demand.
Severe weather conditions can also impact transit schedules. Ordering early during peak seasons helps reduce the risk of delays.
