Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products involve customization, personalization, or rapid production scheduling, we have established a clear policy that balances customer flexibility with operational efficiency.

Our goal is to give customers a fair opportunity to correct mistakes while ensuring that production workflows remain smooth and uninterrupted. The guidelines below explain exactly when and how changes can be made.

Important: 4-Hour Change & Cancellation Window

Customers are granted a strict 4-hour window after placing an order to request any modification or cancellation. This is the only period during which changes are possible.
After this window closes, orders automatically move into production and can no longer be altered.

During the first 4 hours, orders are temporarily held to allow customers time to review and correct details if needed.
Once this period ends, the order is released into active production, where changes are no longer permitted.

Changes Allowed Within the 4-Hour Window

Within the 4-hour flexibility window, customers may request:

Size changes
Color or style adjustments
Edits to custom text or personalization
Replacement of uploaded images or design files
Product or quantity changes
Full order cancellation
Shipping address updates

Why the 4-Hour Limit Is Strict

Production preparation begins immediately after the holding period and may include:

Reviewing personalization or design files
Preparing printing, engraving, or production instructions
Allocating inventory and materials
Scheduling the order within the production queue

Once these steps begin, making changes can result in delays, workflow disruption, or material loss. For this reason, the 4-hour policy applies equally to all customers without exception.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please act quickly. Email is the fastest and most reliable method for urgent requests.

Use the following subject line for fastest handling:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation”

Please include:

Your full name
The email address used at checkout
Your order number
A clear explanation of the requested change

Examples of clear requests include:

“Please change the size from M to L.”
“Please cancel my entire order.”
“Please update my shipping address to: [new address].”
“I uploaded the wrong image—please replace it with the attached file.”

You may also contact us through the Contact page on musicgas.com, but email is strongly recommended for urgent requests.
Requests submitted after 4 hours will be declined, as the order will already be in production.

No Changes After 4 Hours

Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order becomes final.
At this stage, Musicgas cannot accept requests for:

Size changes
Color or design modifications
Custom text edits
File replacements
Order cancellations
Shipping address changes

This policy ensures fast fulfillment and consistent service for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please carefully verify:

Street name and number
Apartment, suite, or unit number
City, state, and ZIP code
Correct spelling
That the address is recognized by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL

Even minor errors can cause delivery delays or failures.

Consequences of Incorrect Address Information

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Common delivery issues include:

Insufficient address
Unknown address
Missing unit number
Recipient moved

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Musicgas is not responsible for replacements or refunds. The order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
